Dear Diary
Hey Universe, hey spirit team! I hear you, I see you, I feel you. I know you’re there, constantly sending me signs and synchronicities, and I’m so eternally grateful for it all. The more I open up and become aware, the more of these messages I receive. Some might call it “craziness,” but to me, these are signs, messages, pure magic.
Life isn’t the same since I’ve been awake and open. Even on bad days, things feel easier because I have this mindset switch—I can find something positive in every situation. You could be having a terrible day, where everything’s going wrong, but then you pop into a gas station, grab a drink, and the total is $4.44. In that moment, you can’t help but smile, laugh, and think, “Alright, Universe, I hear you. I see you. I’m listening. Thank you.” And suddenly, things feel a little lighter because you know you’re supported by your spirit team, by the Universe itself.
It’s amazing to think that we’re constantly receiving guidance from the Universe, from spirit guides—whatever resonates with you. No matter what you believe in, we’re all getting little nudges and messages from beyond. And once you start to open up, it just keeps coming. Like they say, once you see it, you can’t unsee it. It can sound intimidating, but it’s actually beautiful. You just need a bit of open-mindedness and trust in your inner self. Our bodies, our souls, are always speaking to us, and that energy flows through the universe, working in harmony.
This perspective shift is truly magical. Yes, bad things still happen—some days are hard, even terrible—but when you’re clear and grounded, it’s a little easier to handle. You learn how to navigate challenges, maybe even feel a bit more prepared than the last time something tough came up. It’s funny how seeing 2:22 on a microwave can turn your whole day around. Some might call it a little delulu but hey, everyone’s going to have their opinions!
Sometimes, you feel like you’re not getting any signs, even though you’re desperate for guidance. You’re practically begging the Universe for help! Then, a few days go by, you’re not as stressed, and suddenly—BAM—the Universe slaps ya right in the face giving you exactly what you need, answering the question you were so worried about. For example, I have a swollen thyroid nodule, and before a recent ultrasound, I asked the Universe to show me four zeros if everything was going to be okay. I was looking everywhere! And was just obsessing.. but saw nothing. On the day of the appointment, I was feeling super anxious, I was driving to Boston and Out of nowhere, I saw a license plate with just “0000.” In that instant, all my nerves disappeared, and I felt this wave of calm. And at the appointment, I found out the nodules had even shrunk a bit.
The Universe works in mysterious ways, always finding a way to show up. I get so many of these messages every day, and while I might miss a few when I’m not fully present, I trust they’re always there. I know I’m protected and guided.
Anyway, Diary, I just had to get this out because it amazes me more every day. I wanted to write this down to express my gratitude for everything and everyone in my life, for all the energies out there. I love sharing this magic, the magic within us, within our Universe. Everyone deserves to experience it and feel connected to it.
